Randy Herring is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 30+ years experience in bodybuilding fitness training. He has been serving the fitness community of Spokane, Washington as a personal trainer for 20 years. He also holds a master’s in philosophy and has taught in universities and community colleges. He has gained a wealth of experience over the years as he has continued to keep himself in good shape at the age of 57 and wishes to share his knowledge with those who need it. Randy trains his clientele at Anytime Fitness - 5 Mile with the same focus, concentration and attention to detail that he would utilize in his own training, and always gives his undivided attention to each and every person he trains needed to help you live a healthy lifestyle, realize your fitness goals, and help you surpass them.
